The Junior Falcon’s Mite Hockey Association is excited to announce our 4th Annual Spring Hockey Program that offers a quality hockey experience for every player. With the success of past Spring programs, we are again enhancing the format to offer the following programs which will run from April 3rd - June 1st, 2018.
We welcome you to join our 2018 Spring Program as our combination of first-class coaching, top-tier development and unmatched instructor to player ratio sets the Junior Falcons Hockey Spring Program apart from all others. The Junior Falcons are committed to providing each athlete the best resources available to help them succeed and reach their maximum potential. We strive to engage any athlete interested in the game of hockey and provide a format that will allow the player to be a Junior Falcon Forever regardless of their skill level.
On the next few pages, you will be able to complete the Registration process for all hockey players in your family for the Junior Falcons 2018 Spring Session. At the end of the process you will be required to pay a minimum Registration Fee using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account.
(Note: We understand schedule conflicts may arise due to player involvement in other Spring activities. Please understand there will be no proration of fees due to these potential conflicts.)
Each Player must be registered with AAU Hockey before proceeding to the Registration Session to signup for the 2018 Spring Season.
IMPORTANT: Levels of Play are based on your 2018/2019 Level of Play, NOT YOUR CURRENT LEVEL! (Example: If you played 2017-2018 season as a final year Mite (2009 Birth Year), you will need to sign up for Squirt via the registration link located on the Falcons website www.falconshockey.org).
Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to AAU Hockey Registration and register your player(s) or retrieve your current registration number. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with AAU Hockey. Each player must have their own unique AAU Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the AAU Hockey Confirmation code you received in Step 1.
The ESD program has been enhanced this year to include twice per week sessions (skills and coach controlled 3 on 3) that will work to maximize development, reinforce proper technique, & correct form deficiencies. We will work each individual player outside their comfort zone in a fun challenging environment. This will be combined with small area games, station work and full ice scrimmaging. This program is for the dedicated athlete that desires to play at the highest level. The sacrifice, no tolerance policy, and dedication required by the player for being successful in this program should be noted. The program fee is $800.00. (Tournament Teams will be an additional fee of approximately $200.00, per player, per team.)
An enhanced program offering for our North Shore Youth Hockey League (NSYHL) Spring Teams consisting of 8 league games and 8-10 intensive separately scheduled skill development ice session using the same curriculum applied in our Elite Skills Development (ESD) Program. There will be evaluations for the NSYHL Spring teams and each will be coached by a JFMHA Spring Program coach for games, practices and skills sessions. The practices will be fun filled and designed to strengthen all aspects of a player's game. All House and Travel players are welcome!
The program fee is $600 per player.
There will be 1 practice and 1 game per week. (Schedule cannot be completed until teams are finalized).
All beginning hockey players who would like to be introduced to the game of hockey and improve their fundamental skills are welcome. There will be 8 clinics (Sundays) offered and instructed by our professional staff.
The program fee is $200 per player.
Sunday Mornings at 8:00am
We are offering weekly Goaltending Clinics, led by our Directors of Goaltending, John Rutledge and Mark Passalino. This will include weekly on ice and classroom training.
The program fee is $350 per player. Any goaltender participating may attend the age appropriate ESD clinics and participate on NSYHL teams at no charge.
